Real Estate Attorney

Description:

A Real Estate Law Firm is seeking a Real Estate Attorney with a minimum of 5 years of experience in residential and commercial Real Estate transactions. The ideal candidate must be organized, able to prioritize tasks based on deadlines, and work independently. Must have experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating residential and commercial Real Estate contracts, reviewing title commitments, closing documents, surveys, operating agreements, loan documents, agreements, and other transactional documents.
Experience in corporate matters such purchase and sale of businesses, understanding corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions, corporations and LLCs, is a plus, but not required.
