An International Law Firm is seeking a sophisticated, senior-level Real Estate attorney to join our Miami office as an Of Counsel. This attorney will have considerable expertise and experience providing advice and counsel to property owners, corporate Real Estate developers, project owners and investors, and other entities in a wide range of Real Estate matters, including complex Real Estate leasing, financing, acquisition and sale transactions, and large project developments and dispositions. Complex corporate governance matters and cross-disciplinary experience preferred. We have a growing multi-disciplinary Business Law Department and aggressive growth plans.
We are seeking a seasoned, client-focused, team-oriented attorney with 10 or more years of Real Estate law experience, who has excellent communication and inter-personal skills. The ideal candidate must have strong client relationship, project management, and senior review skills, and will have demonstrated the ability to thrive and prosper in enterprising and complex environments. Additionally this candidate will have a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and an exceptional work ethic, coupled with a desire to be part of a collaborative environment.
