Position Title:Advanced Practice Registered Nurse - Palliative Care(PRN - work as needed)
Overview:The APRN will manage selected medical problems, initiate, monitor or alter treatment plans and other activities for Hospice/Palliative care patients of the Haven network as defined within the framework of an approved protocol practicing under the direction of the Medical Director or Associate Medical Director. This position will serve in a consulting capacity to hospice clinical staff and others on issues of palliative management of symptoms and routine medical care. They also will participate in medical coverage rotation, weekends and evenings.

You Have:
- Current Florida APRN License required
- 3-5 years of experience required; experience in Palliative Care related area preferred. ANCC Board certification in Palliative Care nursing is preferred.
- Previous nursing experience preferred in oncology, hospice, Palliative Care, geriatrics, or home health care. Experience working with interdisciplinary team desired.
- Ability to work non-judgmentally with persons of varied cultural, religious and socioeconomic backgrounds and lifestyles.
