Wha role will you play?
You will analyze and execu e on inves men oppor uni ies, wi h a focus on evalua ing risk/re urn for each inves men and proving or disproving po en ial inves men hesis. Leading diligence conversa ions and effor s wi h coun erpar ies and exper s, you will also presen in mee ings, including inves men commi ee discussions and analysis. You will compile inves men commi ee memos/presen a ions, crea e financial models, con ribu e o ransac ion analysis and assis wi h he draf ing of erm shee s and legal documen a ion.
Salary range for his posi ion: $110,000 - $140,000/Yr. Ac ual base salary may vary based upon, bu no limi ed o, relevan experience, ime in role, peer and marke da a, prior performance, business sec or, and geographic loca ion. he successful candida e may also be eligible for an annual discre ionary incen ive compensa ion award.
Wha you offer:

• 1-3 years of experience in full-service capi al marke s advisory, managemen consul ing, and/or inves ing
• Ex ensive exposure o business analysis/research
• Proficien in Microsof Excel and PowerPoin .
