Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals according to the client's preferences and dietary restrictions
- Plan menus and create grocery lists for meal preparation
- Ensure that all meals are prepared and presented in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, if applicable
- Coordinate with the client to plan special events or parties
- Manage inventory and order necessary supplies
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Private Chef or similar role
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary trends
- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Ability to create innovative and appealing menus based on client preferences
- Knowledge of dietary restrictions and ability to accommodate special dietary needs
- Exceptional hospitality skills with a focus on providing a high level of service to clients
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, staff, and vendors
Preferred Skills:
- Kitchen management experience, including budgeting and inventory control
- Food handling certification or other relevant certifications/training
