We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Prior Auth Specialist to join our team. You will play a crucial role in supporting the Providers and 3rd party pharmacies in providing excellent reporting, follow-up, tracking and ensuring the efficient operation of PAs.

Duties:
- Be a point of contact between all 3rd parties.
- Tracking of items that are pending billing, Prior Authorization and delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare professionals
- Run reports and keep track of data
- Answer phone calls and address inquiries or concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and area
Experience:
- Previous experience as a PA specialist is preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and medication administration
- Familiarity with pharmacy operations and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficiency in using pharmacy and EHR software systems
