Print And Mail Operator

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Mail, Print, and Scan Center Operator. The ideal candidate will be proficient in computer skills, capable of performing repetitive tasks accurately, and possess excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

• Parking provided.
• May require periodic overtime on nights and weekends, including off-hour emergency response.

Responsibilities:

• Operate high volume duplicating equipment and perform associated copying tasks.
• Operate high volume document imaging equipment and related software.
• Manage high volume mail systems and perform shipping and receiving tasks.
• Generate reports for digital printing, imaging, and Mail systems.
• Perform bindery, quality control, and final check tasks.
• Maintain office supplies and inventory as needed.
• Respond to service calls and coordinate with technicians when necessary.
• Deliver completed jobs to designated locations.
• Assist with meeting room and conference room setups.
• Perform occasional cleaning and light maintenance duties.
• Adhere to Ricoh standard business casual dress code.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in copy/print operations.
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office and email systems.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds unassisted.
• Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00 per hour
