- 7+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience

- 10+ years of Supply Chain experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Key job responsibilities
- You influence team priorities, business strategies, and goals through data-driven contributions while leading large, challenging initiatives
- You demonstrate that you can work both collaboratively and with total autonomy
- Actively works to remove bottlenecks for operational excellence
- You are responsible for complex Supply Chain initiatives, programs, and strategies where the methodology, requirements, customer needs, and technical feasibility may not be defined
- Develop new concepts and operating models to deliver impactful changes in external sourcing and internal operational planning, delivering better in class business models
- Demonstrate frugality by prioritizing the right initiatives to achieve the greatest impact with the least number of resources
- Have clear, precise, and regular communication with stakeholders to include ongoing project / program status across various reporting mechanisms (MBRs, WBRs, QBRs, and etc.)
- Accountable for ensuring that project execution is monitored and that project delivery is to the appropriate levels of quality and in line with its target date, ensuring the overall integrity
- Engage with partner teams to understand and mitigate long-term risks in Supply Chain models before they become roadblocks
