Responsible for all logistics and procurement related processes, inventory management.

Supply Chain:
- Create supply chain management strategies that increase efficiency and speed
- Lead all logistics coordination for overseas and land shipments from Asia and elsewhere including coordination with freight brokers.
- Work closely with PSC UK and APAC teams and suppliers to configure customer order details to maximize shipping efficiency.
- Coordinate with Amazon to deliver timely replenishment shipments and develop alternative shipping methods as necessary.
- Reconcile Amazon inventory discrepancies and work with third party claim agency.
- Place orders with suppliers, order confirmation, ship confirmations, order tracking to customers.
- Coordinate all document sharing with Customers (COAs, B/L, etc).
- Facilitate strategic supplier negotiations based on marketplace and raw material market indices.
- Responsible for supplier scorecards and metrics. Lead Supplier Corrective Actions.
- Globally responsible for customer conformance requirements (health, labor, ethics, corruption, etc).
- Manage all third-party warehouse operations and determine replenishment trigger points.
- Manage tooling, gaging and drive bit inventory at Screw suppliers.
- Coordinate with Finance to assist with inventory management and cash flow forecasting.
- Consolidate Global Inventory KPI metrics.
Quality:
- Support qualification process with new customers.
- Manage supplier and customer corrective action processes.
- Manage ISO audit process.
- Report on and analyze all necessary quality related KPI's
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Four-year degree in a business-related or technical field.
- 4-6 years of experience in supply chain coordination, international a plus.
- 1-2 years of quality assurance experience desired.
- ERP experience, Microsoft Business Central desired.
- Negotiations experience desired.
- Ability to work in a team-based environment in a small company atmosphere.
- Ability to travel as required.
