Job Title:Principal Scientist, Analytical Chemistry

Our proprietary memory B cell hybridoma technology allows for the rapid screening and functional characterization of novel antibodies and targets. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Principal Scientist of Analytical Chemistry to lead our Analytical Chemistry team and contribute to our mission of driving cutting-edge research and development.
Position Summary: As the Principal Scientist, Analytical Chemistry at Immunome, Inc. you will hold a critical role in our research and development efforts. You will lead the Analytical Chemistry team, providing expertise and strategic direction to advance our projects. This position requires strong analytical skills, leadership, and a commitment to excellence in analytical research.
Key Responsibilities:
Analytical Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive analytical strategy to support the development and validation of analytical methods for various research projects, including targeted effectors, radioligand therapies and antibody drug conjugates.
Method Development: Lead and participate in the development and validation of analytical methods for various research
projects, ensuring they meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Instrumentation: Manage and maintain state-of-the-art analytical instruments, ensuring their proper functioning and optimization for various analytical techniques.
Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of analytical scientists, fostering their professional growth and development.
Project Management: Oversee multiple analytical projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget.
Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain a rigorous quality assurance program, ensuring data integrity and compliance with relevant regulatory guidelines.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including chemists, biologists, and regulatory affairs, to support project objectives and timelines.
Innovation: Stay updated on the latest advancements in Analytical Chemistry, proactively identifying new technologies and methodologies to enhance our capabilities.
Qualifications:
• Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry or a related field with at least ten years of experience in Analytical Chemistry, including significant experience in method development and validation.
• Demonstrated leadership and management experience, with a track record of successfully leading teams and projects leading to the nomination of development candidates.
• Proficiency in a wide range of analytical techniques, including chromatography, mass spectrometry, spectroscopy, and other relevant methods.
• Strong expertise in analytical instrumentation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey scientific concepts to team members and non-scientific stakeholders.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards relevant to Analytical Chemistry.
• Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Salary Description
$144,000 - $177,500
