UnspecifiedOpportunity for a Lead Test Engineer to work in the RF Engineering Antenna Design and Test Department at our facility in North Dallas, Texas. The immediate need and responsibilities are to lead the design, integration, validation, and verification of production test solutions for RF modules, RF CCAs, Antenna subassemblies and Power Supplies/Computing subassemblies. Responsibilities include collaboration with cross functional teams to deploy test solutions that meet technical and production test needs.
Responsibilities include the resolution of all technical issues. Lead technical troubleshooting efforts, working with cross functional teams to meet deployment deadlines and production milestones.
Required Skills:
Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in the Test Development area for high production rate RF/MW Test Solution
Five years of directly applicable experience with RF and microwave circuits and digital assemblies
Extensive Technical background with a variety of RF/MW test platforms, RF Test Methods, Transceiver Architectures, Measurements with Test Equipment and Statistical Analysis
Extensive experience in the production test of RF/Microwave modules for complex leading-edge electronics products
Desired Skills:
Technical knowledge of RF PWBs layout
ADS or RF modeling tools, knowledge of digital and analog circuitry
Experience with Project, or equivalent project tracking tools
Extensive knowledge of RF Measurements using PNA/PXI measurement equipment.
Required Education: BSEE in Electrical Engineering
Desired Education: MSEE in Electrical Engineering
Location: Dallas TX
Relocation assistance available provided final candidate meets eligibility requirements.
Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience
Engineering/Other Technical Positions: Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a
minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
