Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems sector has an opening for aPrincipal / Project Management to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals within our RQ4 Global Hawk Global Supply Chain organization. This position is located onsite in San Diego, California.
This position is seeking a highly motivated, strong communicator to join the Global Supply Chain Program Management. This position will be in fast-paced, un-classified and classified environment. Key responsibilities include:

• Manages all phases of program and project execution
• Assesses product issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer-satisfaction goals and objectives
• Supports proposal / work scope development and contract negotiations
• Supports in communicating priorities for sub-tier supplier efforts and material purchasing
• Candidate must be an independent self-starter able to work with multi-disciplined teams to analyze and solve problems and meet customer needs/contractual requirements
• Must possess excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Manage earned value reporting for various cost accounts
• Manage risk and issues for the greater GSC team
• Support functional and program leadership briefings

Basic Qualifications:

• Must have 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, logistics, subcontracts, contracts management, proposal price/cost analysis with Bachelors; 1 Years with Masters (Level 2)
• Must have 6 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, logistics, subcontracts, contracts management, proposal price/cost analysis with Bachelors; 4 Years with Masters (Level 3)
• Must have experience using SAP or MRP systems

Preferred Qualifications:

• CAM experience
• DFARS/FARS
• Excel and PowerPoint experience
• Aerospace background
• Supply chain cost management experience
• CAM Certified

Salary Range: $86,500.00 - $129,500.00Salary Range 2: $70,200.00 - $105,200.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
