** We anticipate starting with new clients in May, but we will need your paid consulting support ahead of that time. **

Our practice is built around community and inclusion. We support both fully licensed and associate therapists, with supervision provided by our experienced, professional team. This role will provide you with opportunity to both support clients in a clinical capacity as well as develop, mentor, and work with other therapists in our practice.

We also offer workplace flexibility, with flexible schedules and telehealth, in-office, or hybrid workplace.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Employment Type: Full-time or part-time independent contractor with ability to convert to W2 employee
• Work Setting: Choose from fully remote telehealth, hybrid telehealth/in-office, or office settings in our new Texas locations.

Schedule Requirements:

• Availability on an agreed upon schedule; preferably availability for some evening sessions to accommodate client schedules.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct direct face-to-face and/or telehealth sessions with clients on a weekly or biweekly basis.
• Promote community awareness of our services.
• Ensure multicultural sensitivity and maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Coordinate discharge planning and maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Adhere to all professional standards as set by the licensing board and Inner Clarity’s policies.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• Active Texas professional counseling or social work license in good standing.
• For Primary Therapist roles: TX LPC, LCSW, or LMFT required.

• Career Counseling, Cultural Diversity, Racial Trauma, Art Therapy, Creative Therapies for Teens, College-related Stress, LGBTQIA+, Trauma/EMDR/Somatic Experiencing, Couples Therapy, Substance Abuse.
