Form of workWill be responsible for engaging in the Company’s pricing processes to assist in the facilitation of streamlining those processes and identifying margin enhancement opportunities. You will be working independently and collaboratively to identify opportunities for automation and pricing recommendations.
Job Duties
- Proactive analysis, review, and maintenance of general pricing records based on sales trends while adhering to company margin enhancement goals.
- Present and distribute performance measurements of general pricing records and margin trends by Company geographic segmentation.
- Assist in the formulation and distribution of data relative to various pricing processes and coordinate and implement the feedback of that information.
- Assist in research / development of analytics for customer segmentation for margin elasticity.
- Assist in the development and improvement in existing and new analytical tools.
- Based on independent process exposure and working with various teams, identify, recommend, and implement improvements to processes.
- Organize and participate in various implementation and upgrade activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned or directed
Requirements
- Must have High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree in business related field preferred
- Experience with SAP Pricing Modules
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in pricing structure and techniques in a distribution environment preferred
- Utilization of Business Intelligence software in an analytical environment.
