Press Operator

Adecco’s Permanent Recruitment team is assisting a large manufacturing company in Wilmington, MA. We are looking for experienced Press Operators. This is a full time direct hire opportunity. Multiple shifts available.

Position Title:              Press Operator
Pay Rate Range:         $25/hr.- $28/hr. depending on experience
Schedule(s)/Hours     2nd Shift (3:55 pm-2:00 am, Monday-Thursday)  OT as needed

   $2 per hour shift differential for 2nd shift

 Location:                     Wilmington, MA
Responsibilities Include:

·         Operate HP Web Press digital print technologies.

·         Provide color management support on every project.

·         Work collaboratively with the production team members to deliver top-quality labels.

·         Focus on product quality, safety, team building, and effective waste management.

Education, Skills, and Experience:

·         Required: High School degree or equivalent.

·         Required: 2+ years related experience.

·         Preferred Certified Operator.

·         Required: Experience using computer and touchscreen technology to manage and complete tasks.

·         Preferred: Experience with Lean Manufacturing and ISO quality systems.
