Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work ON-SITE with our client in Hingham, MA. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

* Reading and interpreting engineering blueprints.
* Constructing base templates if necessary.
* Measuring and marking out cutting and bending lines.
* Setting up and loading programs for metalwork machinery including Vela Punch Press, EMK 3612 Punch Press, EHRT HC40 copper punch, EHRT HC80 copper punch, EHRT EB-40 copper bender, drill presses, and Amada Press brake.
* Double-check design specifications before commencing with cutting work.
* Fabricating and constructing metal components.
* Grinding and finishing completed products.
* Performing quality checks on completed products.
* Conforming with state and company safety regulations.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay scale: $23- 27/hr.- based on experience.

Hours: 40 Hours/Week- 2nd shift 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM- A couple of weeks for training on the first shift- 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, then we would have them move to 2nd shift.

Length: Temporary (10 Months)

Required Skills / Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 2 years of experience setting up and loading programs for metalwork machinery.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

Experience setting up and loading programs into Vela Punch Press, EMK 3612 Punch Press, EHRT HC40 copper punch, EHRT HC80 copper punch, and EHRT EB-40.

Additional Information:

Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
