We Are Looking For:
An enthusiastic and skilled Preschool Teacher who is passionate about enriching the lives of children. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, creative individual dedicated to providing high-quality early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement our unique, performing arts-integrated curriculum to promote intellectual, social, and emotional development.
- Create engaging, age-appropriate activities that encourage learning through music, dance, and art.
- Maintain a nurturing, safe, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents, fostering a community of trust and cooperation.
- Regularly assess and document children's progress, sharing insights with parents and staff.
- Contribute to a collaborative, supportive work culture among staff.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and academic performance.

Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in Early Childhood or a related field, or a Child Development Associate Credential, or 9 college credits in Early Childhood or a related field with a plan for further credentialing.
- At least 2 years of experience in a childcare or preschool setting.
- Strong understanding of child development and early childhood education best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of child welfare and the ability to provide appropriate care for students
- Passion for the arts and integrating them into educational practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
