Aspire Developmental Services strives to promote positive developmental outcomes and educational opportunities to families with young children on the North Shore. We have six classrooms at our Preschool in Lynn. Aspire is a private, nonprofit healthcare and educational agency that provides programs for children with physical and developmental disabilities as well as their families. More than 30% of our employees have work at Aspire for over 10 years.

Preschool Teacher

The Aspire Early Education Center is an Early Childhood Educational program serving children, 15 months – 5 years of age. The goal of the Early Education Center is to recognize each child as an individual and enhance his or her development based on their interests and abilities.

We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic staff to join our team. Preschool teacher works in partnership with Assistant Teacher to implement the planned curriculum and build valuable relationships with the children. Preschool Teacher plans and directs classroom activities and communication with families.

Candidates need to have a caring demeanor and able to cope with the pressures of caring for young children. They must possess good communication skills to work alongside other staff and parents. We are looking to add staff to our agency that understand the importance of Early Childhood Education and how a positive, loving childhood is foundational to how a person grows and develops.
