Job Title: Preschool Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and Support Educational Projects and Events:
Assist in planning and executing various internal and external educational activities.
Provide support in troubleshooting school-related issues, ensuring prompt resolution.
2. Data Management and Software Utilization:
Monitor day-to-day activities, ensuring accurate and timely data entry using the school's program software.
Leverage technology to enhance efficiency and drive improvements in data management processes.
3. Campus Safety and Compliance Support:
Support the enforcement of campus safety processes and assist in organizing drills and audits.
Assist school staff in compliance matters related to funding, safety regulations, and document retention practices.
4. Communication and Meeting Responsibilities
Maintain the smooth flow of information within the Foundation, attending school and foundation meetings and keeping accurate minutes.
Assist in creating PowerPoint presentations, reports, and memos for various meetings and events.
5. Office Management and Professional Development:
Manage the schedule of the School Operations Officer/Supervisor by coordinating daily operations, overseeing correspondence, and reviewing supply requisitions.
Stay informed and contribute to professional knowledge by attending workshops, reviewing publications, and participating in relevant societies.
6. Team Collaboration and Project Coordination
Contribute to team efforts by assisting colleagues whenever necessary and coordinating project deliverables.
Actively evaluate processes, suggest improvements, and participate in ongoing initiatives for overall team success.
7. Media and Marketing Support:
Assist with photo-taking and video editing for different school events.
Organize and review school photos to maintain a media library supporting school marketing publications.
8. Stakeholder Communication:
Establish proper and professional communication with staff members, parents, and volunteers.
Facilitate internal department operations by providing clear and effective communication.
9. Additional duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree is required
Mandarin speaking is required
12 ECE units is preferred
Software Requirements:
Microsoft Office, Adobe, Photoshop, and video editing
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.58 - $21.16 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
