TBS is seeking Full-Time Employees to assist with production.

• As a Prepper/Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate preparation and packaging of goods for distribution or shipment. Your responsibilities will include inspecting, sorting, and preparing items for packaging, as well as assembling and labeling packages according to specific guidelines. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect incoming items for quality, accuracy, and completeness.
• Sort and organize items based on size, type, or other criteria.
• Prepare items for packaging by cleaning, wrapping, or applying protective materials as necessary.
• Assemble packaging materials such as boxes, crates, or containers.
• Package items according to specified procedures, ensuring proper placement and arrangement within packaging.
• Seal packages securely using appropriate sealing methods or equipment.
• Label packages with accurate information, including product details, shipping labels, and handling instructions.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of packaging materials, requesting replenishment as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.
• Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding quality control, packaging standards, and compliance regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, production, or packaging environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and calculating quantities.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects repeatedly.
• Proficiency in operating packaging equipment such as sealing machines, tape dispensers, or labeling machines preferred.
• Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, or overtime as needed.
• Demonstrated reliability and punctuality.

Work Environment:

• Repetitive maneuvers i.e. picking, packing, moving product
• Standing for long periods at a time; physically active role at TBS.
• May require lifting 50lbs unassisted

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
