Pre-Owned Sales Manager/Used Car Buyer
This position contributes to the success of the dealership by successfully achieving sales goals and objectives relevant to the components of the dealership strategic plan.
Pre-Owned Sales Manager – Job Responsibilities:
Increase sales volume
Deliver an exceptional customer experience
Hire, train and mentor sales staff
Conduct sales meetings on a daily basis
Establish sales objectives with plans for achieving them with each salesperson
Display and market used vehicles on the lot and also through our inventory management tool
Handle customer complaints to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is obtained.
Must have the ability to report to work on time, follow directions, interact effectively with co-workers, understand and follow rules and procedures and accept constructive criticism
Pre-Owned Sales Manager – Requirements
Education- High school diploma or the equivalent is required and a college degree is preferred.
Experience-At least 3-5 years of used car management experience.
Valid Texas Driver’s License
Clean driving record and be able to pass a MVR and background check.
Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency.
