Position: Pre-Licensed Mental Health Therapist
Location: Remote with opportunities for in-home and virtual work
Employment Type: Contract, Part-Time/Full-Time

Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments to evaluate clients' Mental Health needs
- Gather relevant information about clients' personal history, current circumstances, and presenting concerns
- Collaborate with licensed supervisors to develop and implement effective treatment plans
- Provide individual, group, or family therapy sessions to clients
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address clients' Mental Health issues
- Respond to and manage crisis situations as they arise
- Collaborate with supervisors or other professionals to ensure client safety
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and progress notes
- Adhere to legal and ethical standards in documentation
- Work collaboratively with other Mental Health professionals, such as psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workersBenefits:

Qualifications:
- Master’s Degrees in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
- Must be able to pass a Background Check
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge of relevant ethical standards in Mental Health practice
