Pre Delivery Inspection Launch Manager

The Pre-Delivery Inspection Launch Manager will support vehicle launch with quality inspections and tracking.

• Coordinate with various teams to ensure the system, content, validation, and dealership coordination are completed prior to vehicle launch
• Author & validate PDI content on-vehicle for vehicles based on launch schedule
• Monitor / implement necessary running changes to existing PDI content or support documents
• Identify & react to PDI trends (dealer, vehicle quality, etc.) for quality improvements
• Improve new vehicle delivery survey scores & dealer adherence to PDI process through coordination with Business Centers, Field Operations & Vehicle Sales teams
• Convert business requirements from Engineering, CX, Field Ops, Sales into PDI feature requests
• Manage and execute Rapid Service Update (RSU) cost mitigation efforts with the Field Campaign & wiTECH teams

Requirements

• 8 years of experience within vehicle launch, inspection and tracking
• Bachelors degree in Engineering
• Must be proficient with Excel and the ability to pick up software specific programs

• Previous Stellantis experience
