Practice Manager

Own Sleep Medicine is one of the fastest growing Sleep Testing and CPAP Providers in the country. We are focused on creating a better patient and physician experience. We are looking for a Practice Manager to take our team to the next level.

The Practice Manager is responsible for motivating, managing, and leading the Administrative and Clinical teams.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of a multi-location medical practice with both in-office and remote work team members.
• Lead growth in the areas of patient service volumes and experience.
• Direct Administrative and Clinical teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of patient orders and provision of services.
• Maintain a culture of positive team-member, patient, and referring provider experience coupled with a high level of individual and team accountability.
• Lead all personnel functions including hiring, onboarding, scheduled reviews, and disciplinary matters.
• Manage ad-hoc projects, requests, and leadership-level responsibilities.
• Establish priorities and solutions within your scope of responsibilities for yourself and direct reports.
• Consistently and effectively communicate the vision and goals of the organization with all team members.
• Consistently and effectively communicate with company leadership / ownership on status, insights, and developments within the organization.
• Use good judgment on use of company resources to fulfill responsibilities outlined above.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
