POSITION SUMMARY
The Practice Manager is a crucial member of our team, working closely with other key leaders to enhance operational efficiency, drive continuous improvement, and foster a culture of teamwork. People management is cornerstone skillset of this role, both internally from a patient’s initial point of contact through the continuum of care, and externally by collaborating with practice providers and staff to ensure quality outcomes and an outstanding patient experience. The role will also maintain, evaluate, and at times update policies and guidelines, in accordance with Practice standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide day-to-day project and process management to a rapidly growing organization that delivers on the mission and core values of the Practice
- Able to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously, including prioritization of tasks, shifting of deadlines, coordination with multiple departments and individuals, and implementation of organizational and tracking processes
- Ensure practice culture is built in every clinic, and with each team and customer interaction; work effectively with physicians and staff members to prioritize daily, weekly, and monthly objectives
- Oversee several components of company operations to insure production efficiency, quality, customer service and cost-effective management of resources
- Provide accurate and complete reports and analyses on the operating condition of the clinics
- Drive continuous improvement of processes, outcomes, and personnel
- Monitor performance against budget and take action to improve performance through revenue generation and expense control
- Assist and support on long-term growth strategies, including clinic openings and talent recruitment
- Foster a safe, service-oriented, accountable environment that operates in compliance with all regulatory and contractual requirements
- Other strategic operations duties, as assigned
- Active participant with the leadership team in: executive operational strategy sessions, budget development, short and long-term planning, business development activities
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
- 5+ years of healthcare services or related industry experience
- 2+ years of progressive operational leadership in a high-growth environment
- Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree a plus
- Deep understanding of the current healthcare and/or medical aesthetics landscape
- Proven track record as a change agent, successfully managing during periods of transition and growth
- Ability to set goals based off key performance indicators and monitor progress
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills and ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across various constituencies
- An excellent manager of people with the ability to attract, develop and retain top talent and build a strong team
- Strong idea generation in the areas of top-line growth, margin enhancement, operational efficiency, and colleague engagement
- Bring a positive energy to day-to-day interactions
- History of being proactive and resourceful, especially in situations with limited guidance

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
