The Practice Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our dental practice, ensuring excellent patient experiences, and supporting our team in delivering high-quality care. Here is some of what you'll do:
- Lead regular team huddles/meetings; foster open communication and provide organization and practice updates
- Lead weekly leadership team meetings with doctors to review practice goals and needs.
- Oversee daily operations, including appointment scheduling, patient flow, and staff coordination.
- Implement efficient processes to enhance the overall patient experience and practice success
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Help grow the practice through multiple initiatives like marketing, hiring, retention etc.
- Manage financial aspects, including budgeting, billing, and expense management to ensure the practice is meeting its financials goals.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure the practice's compliance with dental standards and protocols.
- H.S. diploma required; College Degree preferred.
- A minimum of two years dental experience in a leadership role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office required.
- Experience with Open Dental software highly preferred.
- EOS experience preferred
