Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Oversight:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the plastic surgery office, ensuring compliance with established protocols and procedures.
- Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and patient flow to optimize efficiency.
- Implement and maintain efficient electronic health record (EHR) systems.
2. Financial Management:
- Monitor and manage the practice's financial health, including budgeting, financial reporting, and billing processes.
3. Human Resources:
- Recruit, train, and supervise administrative staff, ensuring a high level of performance and adherence to policies.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting professional growth and development.
4. Patient Experience:
- Implement and uphold exceptional customer service standards for all patient interactions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in healthcare administration, preferably in a plastic surgery, dermatology, cosmetic medicine or similar medical setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
