Your Impact 

• Conceptualize and execute strong, forward thinking, 360 degree brand relevant PR and Talent strategies to drive business growth, build brand equity, generate consistent brand exposure, and optimize storytelling
• Manage Influencer relations and VIP programs across nano, micro, macro, and celebrity for key product launches, brand campaigns, seasonal moments and an “always on” strategy
• Day-to-day tasks include talent ideation, creative briefing, negotiating contracts, reviewing content and reporting on results
• Oversee organic gifting strategy, asset delivery and supporting general events and activations
• Manage relationships with PR agency, talent agents, management teams, and influencers/creators
• Work closely with cross-functional partners to maximize PR & Influencer strategy, connectivity, and effectiveness
• Support strategy for general PR activations including seasonal stylist previews, influencer and press events, activations, live shopping segments, etc.
• Manage seasonal and monthly budget
• Create hindsight and performance recaps for various brand launches and initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, external agencies, and vendors to support and execute communications and events plans
• Innovate and advocate for new ways to expand our VIP & Influencer marketing initiatives by remaining current on industry trends, up-and-coming celebrities, influencers, etc.
• Well-versed in influencer marketing reporting and KPIs
• Highly motivated and committed with a can-do attitude – thrives on the demands of a busy work environment with enthusiasm, high energy, and a determination to deliver top tier results
• Able to manage a myriad of demands, deadlines, and personalities
• Creatively attuned and able to generate new ideas consistently that are in line with brand aesthetic 
• Time management – punctual and reliable, detail oriented, able to confidently multi-task and manage others to perform multiple duties to the required deadlines

Minimum Salary : $107,000.00
Maximum Salary : $145,425.00

VS&Co provides an estimated range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual compensation will be determined by a number of relevant factors, including but not limited to your specific skills, experience, & geographic location.

• Proven success or track record of developing full funnel influencer and VIP campaigns that has contributed to business performance and brand goals
• Well connected in the fashion and entertainment industry
• Proven experience in measuring and recapping ROI
