Coverage needed:

• Wednesday June 19, 2024 5:30p-Thursday June 20, 2024 6:00a
• Thursday June 20, 2024 5:30p-Friday June 21, 2024 6:00a
• Monday July 1, 2024 5:30p-Tuesday July 2, 2024 6:00a
• Tuesday July 2, 2024 5:30p- Wednesday July 3, 2024 6:00a
• Saturday August 3, 2024 5:30p-Sunday August 4, 2024 6:00a

Submission Requirements:***Must meet ALL submission requirements in order to submit***

• • Emergency Medicine Board Certified or Board Eligible: REQUIRED
  • Active WI or IMLC - REQUIRED
  • Certifications: ATLS, ACLS, BLS, PALS- REQUIRED
  • Supervision of APP’s: REQUIRED
  • Resident or Teaching Supervision: REQUIRED

Practice Description:

• Patients Per Shift: 18
• Beds In Department: 13
• Support Staff: Two RN 7a – 7p, Two RN 7p – 7a, One RN 11a – 11p
• ED does admissions
• EMR: Epic
