As a valuable member of the Direct Sales Center (DSC) support team, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, actively contributing to the enhancement of operational efficiency. Your role will involve crafting, testing, and advocating for process improvements that drive continuous enhancements in DSC performance. |
WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU: - Estimated Hourly Wage: $19.75 - $26.00, plus annual bonus opportunity.
- Benefits and Perks, 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match. Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year.
- Regular associates receive 11 paid holidays in 2024, which includes 2 floating holidays that are added to your prorated personal time to be used at your discretion.
- Regular associates are provided sick leave through the use of personal time. Associates working 40 hours a week can receive up to 40 hours of personal time in 2024, which is prorated based on the start date. Additionally you will receive two floating holidays in 2024 by way of personal time that may be used at your discretion.

WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Execute experimental processes for the DSC Transformation Team, ensuring departmental success through collaboration with peers and stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement aligned with customer needs, delivering measurable results that positively impact departmental and organizational outcomes.
- Handle incoming calls from prospects and existing customers, incorporating tested processes and tracking outcomes or metrics.
- Complete phone applications, referring leads as needed, and initiate outgoing calls for testing purposes.
- Maintain confidentiality, ensure compliance with company standards, and contribute to DSC special projects as assigned.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING: - Ability to thrive in a dynamic, continuous improvement environment with a growth mindset.
- Perseverance to implement new processes effectively.
- Willingness to obtain/maintain insurance licenses (life, health, accident).
- Demonstrated excellent customer interaction skills in sales or service settings.
- Deep understanding of insurance products, policy language, and effective marketing.

- Ability to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or the ability to work at our home office located in Omaha, Nebraska, within a hybrid environment - being able to come into the office for meetings and projects based on business need

PREFERRED: - Proven customer interaction skills in the DSC department.
- Proven ability to consistently exceed monthly performance targets.
