" Exposure to batch and infrastructure monitoring
" Expertise in release and deployment management using DevOps/other tools
" Experience working in L2 Support team and expertise in efficiently Triaging, Detect, record and classify incidents using Service now
" Experience in managing planned activities on based on business calendar and communicating the status to stake holders
" Experience in process automation and orchestration.
" Expertise in supporting upgrade activities and handling smoke tests
" Experience in monitoring job pipelines and analysing job issues

o Incident Management

o Own and maintain L2 and release documentations (Run books/Weekly status updates etc)
