POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions.
* Collaborate with teams to integrate systems and data.
* Create visualizations and reports for requested projects.
* Develop and update technical documentation.
* Collect, process, and clean data from various sources.
* Architect and build data models to support reporting and analytics solutions.
* Create visualizations and reports to communicate insights and findings.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide recommendations.
* Develop and maintain data pipelines.
REQUIREMENTS/PREFERENCES
* Proven experience as a BI Developer with expertise in Microsoft Analytics Technologies (Power BI, Azure)
* Background in data architecture, warehouse design, and data visualization
* In-depth understanding of database management systems, online analytical processing (OLAP) and ETL (Extract, transform, load) framework.
* Familiarity with BI technologies (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Oracle BI, SAP BI)
* Knowledge of SQL queries, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
* 3+ years experience with analytics strategy and architecture
* 5+ years experience in Power BI development
* Bachelor"s degree in computer science, Engineering, or relevant field or equivalent combination of experience and education
* Someone with KPIs, executive reporting, several Power BI roles
