Position: Portfolio Property Manager
Company Overview: We are a dynamic real estate company with a diverse portfolio of properties including industrial, residential multi-tenant, retail, office, and triple net lease (NNN) properties. Our focus is on optimizing the performance and profitability of each property while maintaining high tenant satisfaction and compliance with industry regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the property management of our extensive real estate portfolio, which includes a variety of property types such as industrial, residential multi-tenant, retail, office, and NNN properties.
- Manage relationships with external property management firms, construction personnel, tenants, and service providers to ensure efficient operations and maximize property performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the value of each property, including asset management, value-add upgrades, and cost-effective maintenance initiatives.
- Monitor market trends and tenant needs to identify opportunities for revenue growth and property enhancement.
- Stay informed about legal and regulatory developments in the real estate industry, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks across all properties.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues, collaborating with stakeholders to implement effective solutions.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative environment within the real estate team, promoting teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with contractors, vendors, and service providers to expand the company's real estate network and leverage resources for portfolio optimization.
- Schedule our maintenance crew's daily schedule.
- Obtain bids from contractors for projects, repairs and upgrades.
Requirements:
- Law Degree required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate property management, with specific experience managing diverse portfolios including industrial, residential multi-tenant, retail, office, and NNN properties.
- Strong knowledge of property management principles, leasing practices, and financial analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with tenants, stakeholders, and team members.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Residency on the San Francisco peninsula preferred.
- Excellent credit and driving record required.
- License to practice law in CA a huge plus
