Job description
- Conduct quarterly reviews of key initiatives with senior leadership. - Ensure oversight and coordination of dependencies across projects in the portfolio. - Ensure tight inter-team coordination and communication. - Provide presentations to all levels of management - Coordinate integration testing/UAT as needed and bubble up high priority issues or risks. - Lead project status meetings and ensure alignment between the key parties on all aspects of the project. - Provide project updates via emails, meetings. - Track risks and work across teams on mitigation and communication plans. - Drive process change to contribute towards improving quality of releases. - Lead meetings with Leadership teams on People Engineering project updates and roadmap.
