PORTFOLIO MANAGER
Job Summary:
Portfolio Manager for multi-family residential condominium and townhome communities. Oversee operations including capital initiatives and financial acumen. Act as liaison between board of directors, homeowners and committees.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of community operations to include common area maintenance, contractors and emergency response
- Attend Board Meetings and Annual Meetings
- Address resident questions & concerns in a timely manner via phone, email and formal letters
- Act as liaison between residents, HOA Board Members, committees and contractors
- Ensure compliance of government regulations such as Health and Safety Codes and Permitting
- Oversee insurance claims; turnkey service
- Remain abreast of changing legislation pertaining to association law
- Supervise employees and payroll when applicable
- Process invoices, reconcile accounts and present monthly financial reports to board of directors and homeowners.
- Prepare and present annual budget.
- Create monthly board packets, facilitate board meetings
- Conduct onsite inspections documenting violations of deed restrictions, ensuring proper follow through; enforce as required.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of multi-family residential communities and homeowner associations
- Experience with construction and repairs to the building structures, roofs, foundations, etc.
- Project Management experience as it relates to contract review, implementation, homeowner coordination and scheduling.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
