Job Description:
As a Portfolio and Process Improvement intern, you would work with teams that are leading projects and Process Improvement initiatives across all of People Solutions. This role will have exposure to all aspects of People Solutions including Talent Management, Compensation, Operations, Employee Service Center, and core HR operations.
This role will provide support to the Business Process Design & Improvement and Portfolio Management teams
Position Responsibilities
- Participating in small to medium projects designed to reengineer and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of programs and supporting processes
- Assisting with documentation and other administrative activities, such as Smartsheet management/maintenance, updating PowerPoint presentations, Town Hall administration, etc.
- Assisting with gathering and documenting requirements of current state processes
- Assisting in the development of future state process recommendations
- Providing input on project progress reports
- Business Process design support
- Supports Program/ Project Managers on Level 1 and Level 2 project's and programs.
- Updating Program Status in SmartSheets
- Perform information gathering and project-related research as needed

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field.
** Note: Intern/Co-Op sessions are considered temporary employment. No full-time employment commitments are made. However, depending on our business needs, some interns may be considered for a full-time position following the conclusion of the session conditioned upon the intern graduating from their academic program and being available to commence full-time employment at a specified time.
