HOA Portfolio Manager
We are seeking to hire a licensed Community Association Manager (CAM) or a currently licensed real estate agent to perform the duties of a Portfolio Manager. We will train the chosen candidate. The selected candidate will oversee/manage a portfolio of properties assigned. The Portfolio Manager will oversee the day to day business operations (administrative, financial, enforcement and collections) of the communities utilizing our management software, support personnel and training provided. The manager will receive training on both our software and our management practices.

We are a full service management company that employs full time licensed Portfolio Managers to oversee the business operations of the communities. We can also afford licensed real estate agents the opportunity to earn a salary managing while still continuing to sell and market properties with their Georgia real estate license.
