SalaryThe Portfolio Management Group is responsible for investment analysis, trading, portfolio oversight and management across the Saluda Grade suite of funds. The group interacts closely with the operations, finance, compliance, legal, technology, and investor relations teams. The Associate will work within the Portfolio Management group and have direction interaction with the firm’s Portfolio Managers along with related teams.
· Monitor and analyze the performance of existing investments
· Support the development and analysis of new business initiatives and investment ideas
· Fully own the trade and settlement process, with transaction management and operations teams
· Assist with the preparation of scheduled and ad hoc investment and portfolio reports
· Develop tools that can streamline recurring tasks and simplify processes
· Assist in the valuation and pricing of the firm’s investments
· Preparation of ongoing and ad hoc investor and marketing related requests and DDQs
· Create tools for, and assist in, the expansion of proprietary loan and position management system
· Work collaboratively with operations to understand the trade cycle for accuracy in reporting and month-end closes
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $140,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year

o Real Estate related Securitizations
o Whole loan trading
