As an integral member of CHI Health Partners, the Population Health Technology & Data Administrator leads all aspects of the planning, coordinating, and successful execution of project implementations that involve data interchanges between systems and external data sources supplying information to the CIN. This role serves as the point person that works directly both with internal CommonSpirit resources and vendor(s) supporting the Population Health Technology tools and CIN systems. As directed, the Population Health Technology & Data Administrator will facilitate the onboarding, coordination, and ongoing maintenance of all data sources received that support CIN efforts.
In addition, this role will be responsible for the ensuring all required inputs into the population health technology tools are complete, consistent and structured in a way that facilitates reporting needs for downstream stakeholders. The Population Health Technology & Data Administrator will regularly audit data integrity from payers and clinical inputs to ensure confidence in the results generated. The Population Health Technology & Data Administrator also will oversee the creation, maintenance and submission of supplemental data feeds to be sent to payers for contract requirements.
This role will also serve as the point for end users to ensure the Population Health Technology tools are utilized and working effectively as intended. Will serve as the liason for the staff members to coordinate issue resolution and workflows to ensure successful utilization of the technology tools in the CIN.
In addition, the Population Health Technology & Data Administrator will assist as requested in gathering information from data sources to support ad-hoc data analytics, as well as assisting in the compilation and reconciliation of standard ongoing CIN monthly reporting.

- Make recommendations to CHI Health Partners leadership on opportunities for improvement of data quality. Lead change efforts related to data quality as directed by leadership by interacting with subject matter experts supporting the various data sources (EMRs / payers / vendors).
- Manages and serves as the primary contact for all reports and data feeding into shared data systems related to UniNet and its participants
- Maintains data system integrity of CHI Health Partners’ data vendor applications
- As needed, coordinates and analyzes raw data feeding into CIN systems for accuracy and confers/consults with other employees and vendor/payers as needed.
- Coordinates and analyzes data outputs for accuracy and quality. Will lead efforts as required to help rectify or address data integrity issues.
- Facilitates Train-the-Trainer training of CIN data systems for CHI Health Partners’ staff.
- Coordinates and monitors activities assigned by CIN leadership involving IT project implementations and schedules
- Consults with CIN leadership regarding project priorities, timelines and assignments
- Maintains detailed knowledge of CIN applications, systems and programs
- Manually, automated when possible, aggregates and standardizes data from disparate data systems as needed to support data analysis reporting that must be done outside of existing CIN systems.

- As requested, generates monthly analytics on a variety of data sets
- Under direction - assists with the support and build of new reporting from CIN supporting systems
- Maintains confidentiality of information obtained from database and hospital sources.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business or Healthcare Administration, or a related field required.
- Two years health care or data analytics experience, recommended.
- Demonstrated proficiency in database applications, Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel.
- Working knowledge of SQL or other query language applications
- Working knowledge of EMR Systems and their data structure .
