Responsibilities:
Guest Service: Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm as they arrive at the pool, providing personalized recommendations and assistance to enhance their poolside experience.
Order Taking: Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing our POS system to process transactions and ensure prompt delivery of orders to guests' lounging areas.
Menu Knowledge: Have a thorough understanding of our menu offerings, including specialty cocktails, refreshing beverages, and delicious poolside snacks, to provide informed recommendations and answer any guest inquiries.
Upselling: Utilize suggestive selling techniques to promote featured menu items, daily specials, and add-on options, maximizing sales opportunities and enhancing the guest experience.
Cleanliness and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized poolside environment, including clearing empty dishes and glassware, tidying lounging areas, and promptly addressing any spills or messes.
Safety Awareness: Maintain awareness of poolside safety guidelines and protocols, including monitoring guest behavior, preventing overcrowding, and enforcing pool rules to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with poolside attendants, lifeguards, and other staff members to coordinate service and support overall pool operations as needed.
Qualifications:
Customer Focus: Passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with guests and team members in a fast-paced environment.

Menu Knowledge: Familiarity with food and beverage offerings, including cocktails, snacks, and light fare typically served in a poolside setting, with the ability to make recommendations and answer guest questions.
Team Player: Collaborative spirit and willingness to work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
RBS Certification
