Pool Manager - G8 - Outdoor Pools

• Supervises pool work force. Maintains chemicals and pool facility.

• Must be responsible for all pool facilities and equipment and maintain the pools and pool shop.

• Must be able to keep records on equipment, supplies, and maintenance.

• Pool Manager is ultimately responsible for ensuring that the pools are mechanically and chemically kept at health department standards during the absence of pool staff.

• Carries out a continuous effort to improve operations, and work processes, and works cooperatively and jointly to provide continuous improvement and customer-driven service.

• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Must be able to operate or use tools, operate pool vacuums, handle and count money, lead and coordinate up to 30 staff.

The work is typically performed while intermittently sitting, standing, stooping, or walking. While performing the essential functions of this job, the employee will work early morning and late afternoons, lift heavy objects, when necessary, drive to each pool site and complete any minor maintenance work required.
