Pool Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pool Manager to oversee the operations of our pool facility. The Pool Manager will be responsible for ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests while maintaining a high level of customer service. This is a leadership role that requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for hospitality.

Duties:

- Manage all aspects of pool operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and training

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe environment

- Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accurate record-keeping

- Manage guest services, including addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service

- Coordinate pool maintenance and repairs as needed

- Prepare reports on pool usage, revenue, and other relevant data

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and seamless guest experiences

- Implement and enforce policies and procedures to ensure efficient operation of the pool facility

Experience:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting

- Strong cash handling skills and experience managing financial transactions

- Excellent leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism

- Strong written and verbal communication skills for report writing and effective communication with staff and guests

- Knowledge of pool maintenance practices and safety regulations is preferred

Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 39 per week
