Pool Attendant

Comfort Suites Loveland in Johnstown, CO is looking for one Pool Attendant to join our 24 person strong team. We are located on 4851 Thompson Parkway. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and engaged.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness on the pool deck to ensure a welcoming environment for guests.
• Foster a positive and upbeat atmosphere during recreational activities.
• Observe and respond to emergencies following local operating procedures.
• Promote and enforce rules and regulations of the recreation facility.
• Identify situations where guests may not safely participate and inform supervisors.
• Provide assistance to injured guests until emergency medical services arrive.
• Handle towels according to company procedures, including folding and stacking.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to the manager.
• Complete safety training and certifications as required.
• Follow company policies and maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests, addressing their service needs with genuine appreciation.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues.
• Comply with quality assurance standards and expectations.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting objects up to 25 pounds and moving on various surfaces.
• Other reasonable job duties as assigned by supervisors.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $14.42/hour.
