SalaryThe PMA production team produces a range of specialty alloy, wear-resistant products including hardfacing alloys, a selection of specialty brazing preforms, build-up and overlay products and dental alloys. PMA manufactures Cobalt Chrome and Nickel Chrome alloys for the dental industry. The department is responsible for producing custom alloys for its unique customers domestic and international. PMA production will work together to mix chemicals and compose customer orders and keep items well stocked for future orders. They are responsible for producing specific quantities on a daily basis and meet other production goals.
Duties and responsibilities
· Knowledge of raw materials and production process.
· Mix raw materials to develop products.
· Verify chemical specification by weighting powders accordingly.
· Distribute the correct amount of powder on trays.
· Process trays in Furnace making sure heat temperatures are accurate.
· Maneuver workpieces in equipment during production.
· Perform quality inspections on finished good.
· Label finish products, workpieces, and/or equipment with identifying boxes.
· Package products for storage or shipment.
· Prepare shipping certifications and documents needed for delivery.
· Record labor expenditure for projects on a daily basis.
· Communicate and record operational and/or production data.
· Report on issues, malfunction or defective parts or equipment.
· Use hand tools and power tools to assemble units according to product specifications.
· Work in a team environment to finish production goods in a timely manner.
· Meet production quotas on a daily basis.
· Preform other task as needed in other departments.
Qualifications
Qualifications include:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Ability to read an order and bill of materials.
· Complete training in a specific area.
· Ability to learn production process and adapt rapidly.
· Work independently with establish procedures.
· Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekends as needed
