- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse.
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Assist with medication administration and maintain accurate medication records.
- Assist with physical examinations and other medical procedures.
- Help patients with mobility and transfers.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
```Experience```
- Previous experience working as a nursing assistant or caregiver is preferred.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic medical procedures.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
