We specialize in assisting with essential activities of daily living (ADLs), encompassing eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, and continence. With a robust presence spanning 50+ offices from Baltimore, MD, to Boise, ID, we're dedicated to enhancing the lives of our clients.

We are excited to extend an invitation to an enthusiastic and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to play a pivotal role in the growth and management of our Eau Claire, WI office. The selected candidate will be instrumental in overseeing day-to-day operations, training new team members, and ensuring compliance within our network of home health aides and clients in the area. As an essential part of our dynamic team, the ideal candidate will be an RN who aspires to embrace a leadership position, thrive within a collaborative environment, and contribute to our shared successes.

Training: Nurturing the development of our team members through comprehensive training programs.

Compliance: Ensuring adherence to industry regulations and internal standards.

Scheduling: Orchestrating effective schedules for caregivers and clients alike.

Customer Service: Prioritizing exceptional service for our valued clients.

Marketing: Contributing to our outreach efforts within the community.

Admin Tasks: 

Managing administrative tasks that contribute to our operational efficiency.

Salary: $70,000-80,000 per year
