The Plumbing Install Coordinator position is for an enthusiastic individual who loves providing excellent customer service and interacting with technicians. This position will bring together various departments and individuals to complete projects by supporting the service manager with managing sold jobs, installation calls, data-entry clean up, and customer communication. This position works 7:30am - 4:30pm Monday through Friday.
Essential Job Functions

• Coordinate between customer, department, and warehouse to schedule field crews, book sold jobs, and manage deliveries to prioritize projects and service requests.
• Managing data entry for plumbing service department including material purchase orders, labor hour adjustments, sold job creation, job splits, etc.
• Coordinate with warehouse on ordering and scheduling of all material and equipment for all service sold jobs.
• Obtaining permits per city/county/state code requirement and scheduling inspections.
• Communicate with customers on project workflow, invoice questions, and balances due.
• Calling in 811 (before you dig) for all exterior digging projects.
• Cross-training to support other Installation departments, following workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency, trim backlog and ensure service level targets.
• Review and maintain collections daily.

Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent listening, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to manage a calendar and keep track of multiple appointments.
• Understanding of business metrics/KPI's and ability/desire to positively affect productivity of the department.

Experience/Education:

• At least 5 years of customer service experience preferred.

Compensation:

• $19 - $21 per hour
