Position Summary
The Player Services Representative is responsible for providing exemplary guest service by greeting guests and providing accurate information on club amenities, current promotions, and general property information.
Essential Functions
- Issuance of Winner Circle cards.
- Provide information on benefits of club and tier amenities.
- Spends time on the gaming floor interacting with customers, answering questions and concerns, enrolling new members, putting cards in customer’s hands.
- Participates in making a fun and exciting atmosphere by utilization of the In-house PA system.
- Assists in the execution of Chinook Winds Casino Resort programs, promotions, and special events.
- Accurate group coding of promotions and events.
- Performs redemptions.
- Ticket sales for concerts, tournaments, and events.
- Answering phones and call back lists.
- Distribution of promotional items.
- Coat check.
- Performs all duties in accordance with Chinook Winds Casino Resort customer service standards.
- Maintains general knowledge and provides information to guests of Chinook Winds Casino Resort events, programs, and services.
- Provides input or recommendations for improvements and changes in processes or services.
- Accesses the player tracking system and makes edits to the system as necessary.
- Queries the player tracking database for specific Marketing/gaming information including guest demographics, comments, and needs.
- Assists with events to include ushering, setup, breakdown, and item distribution.
- All other duties as assigned.

Education
High school diploma or GED.
Experience
One year of customer service experience in a high-volume setting.
Computer Skills
Microsoft Office beginner level including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Certificates & Licenses
Siletz Tribal Gaming License.

Work will take place in a busy gaming environment with multiple distractions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud. The environment is subject to smoke and the associated affects.
Working Conditions
Conditions of employment include passing a pre-employment drug screen, a background investigation, and completing a 180-day introductory period.
