We are seeking a proactive individual to join our small, dynamic team as a Content Coordinator. The ideal candidate should possess proficiency and experience in Microsoft Office and Google Drive, along with expertise in podcast production utilizing platforms like SoundCloud and Zoom. Familiarity with WordPress and adeptness in managing social media platforms will be considered advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage a multifaceted content delivery schedule encompassing webinars, podcasts, blogs, and various media formats.
- Facilitate communication between internal and external professionals, organizing intricate schedules, and acting as a liaison for content experts, guests, and clientele.
- Experience in online/digital event coordination (e.g. webinars) and/or experience working remotely.
- Strong project management skills – ability to coordinate and keep track of multiple tasks, manage critical path and deadlines for successful event and/or content product delivery.
- Strong admin skills – good recording keeping, comfortable with filing data, using trackers, following internal processes, appropriate calendar management and professional email communication.
- Strong people & client servicing skills – good communicator, timely and professional responses, team player.
- Knowledge of Google Suite (especially Google Docs, Slides and Sheets), Mailchimp, MS Office, Wordpress and Zoom preferred (or willingness to learn on own time)
- Able to provide own technology infrastructure including computer, reliable and high-bandwidth internet
- Available during US Eastern Time business hours for team/client meetings and events
- Knowledge / interest in functional medicine, personalized health and longevity a bonus (not required)
- Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and verbal, to craft articulate and professional communication.
Ensure clarity and precision in all forms of correspondence, maintaining a high standard of communication throughout
Requirements:

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
