- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including patient demographics, insurance information, and medical history
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times
- Greet patients and provide excellent customer service at the front desk
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information to patients and their families
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure smooth patient flow and timely delivery of care
- Coordinate surgery and travel for out of town patients
- Use EMR to communicate with patients and team
- Educate patients on what to expect

- Previous experience in a cosmetic Plastic Surgery office or med spa setting is a plus
